guests. Disney's spectacular nightly firework display "Wishes" can be
viewed each evening through our two attractive arched windows. Deep pile carpet,
pictures and overhead chandelier complete the graceful

Our
family room is large and spacious, with french doors overlooking the swimming
pool. A widescreen HDTV with DVD player is available to watch the latest
movies along with a Playstation 2 to keep the children entertained. To
ensure guests can remain in touch, if they wish, with the outside world, we have
even provided free WIFI Broadband Internet access as part of our exclusive
guest package. A selection of books, games, and DVDs are available for guests
use. |

breakfast nook is perfect for informal meals, with table and four chairs,
enabling you to enjoy Florida’s freshly squeezed orange juice, croissants and
coffee before departing for a fantastic day at the theme parks. French
doors open onto the swimming pool and covered lanai (patio). |

kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, built-in microwave oven, cooker,
ceramic hob, large refrigerator/freezer, double sink with waste disposal unit,
coffee maker, kettle and all necessary utensils. Whether your choice is a
gourmet meal, or a light snack, the kitchen will fully meet your needs. A
separate utility room houses the washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing
board. |

The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a King size
bed, television, video and DVD player, whilst the en-suite bathroom boasts
a marble whirlpool bath and twin marble washbasins. A large walk-in shower and
separate WC complete the luxurious feel of the room. French doors from the
bedroom open onto the swimming pool and covered

bedroom offers a Queen size bed, television and DVD player. The adjoining
bathroom comprises a large walk-in shower, WC and washbasin with vanity
unit. The bathroom opens directly onto the pool area. |

The remaining two bedrooms both offer twin beds with televisions
and DVD players. The bedrooms share an adjoining bathroom. The
bathroom has a bath/shower, WC and washbasin with vanity unit. All bedrooms
have more than ample storage and cupboard space. Fresh bedding is available
during your stay. |

From the family room, breakfast nook, pool bathroom and master
bedroom, french doors lead directly on to the pool area.
The south facing, 30ft x 15ft screened swimming pool
and spa has a large sundeck, sun loungers, table, chairs and covered lanai
(fitted with ceiling fans) all providing ample opportunity to soak up the
Florida sun.
We recommend pool heating for the cooler months (between October
and April). The spa can be heated separately if
required. | |

The villa is fully protected by a home security system, smoke
alarms and a childproofed screen surrounding the swimming pool and
spa. For the comfort of all our guests the villa is
TOTALLY NON SMOKING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. |
